How We started cold plunging everyday

Omar and Drew kicked off the new year by individually setting goals for 2024 centered around Consistency, Discipline, and Personal Growth. After meeting and bonding over a family dinner, Drew recounted his recent Cold Plunge experience to Omar. Omar was hooked! He wanted to feel it himself. so They decided to plunge the next day at 5am. The journey officially began. day 1 done.

The first plunge was cold! After 20 minutes of conversation & shivering Drew & Omar decided to do it again the following morning. Although the experience was extremely cold, they knew that this was the start of something new!

The 5 am Cold Plunge became a place for mental sharpening discussions & a terribly cold self-development tool. Drew & Omar completed the plunge

  • 1. Participants MUST sign waiver at venue prior to event.

    2. Participants, please bring your own floaties for safety in the pool.

    3. Participants, please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect neighbors and community at large during event.

    4. Participants, bring extra clothes & towels. Changing stations will be available for Men & Women.

    5. Always respect the venue and its property.

    6. Follow signs posted during the event and only enter designated areas of the venue during event.

    7. Absolutely no weapons or drugs are allowed on site.

    8. No diving or running on the pool deck to prevent injuries / accidents.

    9. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent. Pre-teens ages 11 and up can participate with parental supervision and registered individually.

    10. Glass containers allowed near pool area.

    11. Parking will be available on community street, please respect neighbors / neighborhood & show up early enough to allow time for parking & walking to venue.

    12. No outside food or drinks / no pets / no smoking

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Cold Plunge 100 event, I hereby waive, release, and discharge the event organizers, volunteers, and any affiliated individuals or entities from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or demands arising out of or related to my participation in the event. I understand that this waiver includes, but is not limited to, claims based on negligence, personal injury, property damage, or loss, whether caused by the actions or inactions of the event organizers or other participants. I also agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizers from any and all claims brought by third parties arising from my participation in the event.
